Yes, you can. We recommend that you buy tickets online in advance, to be certain of being able to visit the palace.

There is no separate garden ticket. With your ticket to Paleis Het Loo, you can visit the stables, gardens, exhibitions and, of course, the palace.

You can download the app from the app store (Android and iPhone). The app includes the audio guide which you can listen to as you follow one of our visitor routes.

Yes, you can bring your own food and drinks to Paleis Het Loo. In the gardens and around the stables square are nice places to have lunch or snack. Food and drinks are not allowed in the palace due to the museum collection.

Yes, free wifi is available in the stables square and the palace.

Service dogs are welcome at Paleis Het Loo. Pets are not admitted.

Yes, there are a cloakroom and lockers are in the palace.

It is an approximately 500 metre walk to the palace. You should allow 10 minutes. More information about accessibility at Paleis Het Loo.

Yes, you may take photographs and make videos for personal use. You may not film or photograph other visitors in such a way that they can be identified without their express permission. If you wish to make images for professional use, please abide by our guidelines for filming and photography.

Reservations for a coffee or lunch are not required. For groups of 15 people or more, book online.
