Due to the limited capacity at the palace, visitors are admitted in time slots. Though it is possible to buy tickets at the ticket desk, there is a risk that all time slots will be full that day, in which case you will be able to visit only the stables and gardens. We recommend that you buy tickets online in advance, to be certain of being able to visit the palace.
The start time refers to the time at which you may start your palace route. You will follow the route – which takes thirty minutes to complete – independently, using the app or an audio device. Please ensure that you arrive at the palace at least fifteen minutes before your start time, to give yourself enough time to watch the introductory film in the basement.
There are no time slots or start times for visiting the gardens, stables and coach houses. We are open from 10.00 to 17.00.
