The Princes and Princesses Days are all about being yourself. Come as you like. it's fun to dress up, but not necessary. Everyone can join.
The grass court in the palace garden is the heart of the summer festival at Paleis Het Loo. Just like in the 17th century, this is the place for games and entertainment. Two shows alternate on a stage. With plenty of fun activities on the grass. Or chill and relax at the cosy chill meadow.
There are a lot of things to do this summer. With renewed activities and shows. From ring throwing with cacti to balancing on a balance flower. In the greenhouse you choose how you want to decorate yourself. Will it be a tattoo or would you rather paint your nails? And then of course take a photo!
Shows are played alternately on the large stage next to the terrace. You can also play fun games there. The stage and the lawn in front of it are covered. Note: the shows are in Dutch, but fun to watch as well!
You can take it easy in the chill meadow. Relax and chill in the shade of the trees. Are you well rested? Play one of the games, walk like a star on the red carpet and go wild at the dance party with silent disco.
That's not even all. Are you coming horse racing with Tornado, Baby, Pollie and Fantast? And with the treasure trail you discover the palace and gardens with your eyes, ears and nose.
Tip: bring bottles to fill with cold water and apply sunscreen (there are dispensers at the grass court, the chill meadow and the stables square). Wear a nice hat, cap or other headgear.
